The firm's particular areas of concentration are securities litigation and arbitration, where the firm represents brokerage firms, hedge funds, venture capitalists, investment banks, private equity firms, brokers and customers in disputes before state and federal court, arbitrations before the NASD and NYSE, now formally known as FINRA and SEC regulatory enforcement matters. The firm also represents clients in a plethora of business/commercial disputes, from employment matters to litigation between partners, shareholders, members of LLCS to employment discrimination litigations. The third area of concentration is entertainment/sports litigation where the firm represents major record labels, entertainers, producers, artists, models, art institutes and celebrities to professional athletes, Hall of Famers, teams, agents, memorabilia companies and others in the sports world. The firm has litigated across the country, from Anchorage, Alaska to Miami, Florida and has even tried cases in foreign jurisdictions. | |
